The 4AM Studios Creative Internship Program is designed for students and emerging creatives who are serious about a career in the creative industry. You will work alongside our team of directors, designers, and strategists on active client projects — not busy work, not simulations.
Over the course of the program, you will gain exposure to every phase of creative production: from client briefs and strategy sessions to on-set production and post-production delivery.

Work directly with senior creatives, directors, and strategists who will guide your development across real client projects.
Real Work
You will not be fetching coffee. Interns contribute to active productions, brand projects, and creative campaigns from day one.
Portfolio Building
Leave with a portfolio of professional work, tangible deliverables, and a network of industry contacts.
Studio Immersion
Experience the full lifecycle of creative work — from strategy and concept through production and delivery.
Responsibilities
Assist in video production shoots — pre-production, on-set, and post-production
Support brand identity projects with research, mood boards, and design exploration
Contribute to motion design, graphic design, and content creation
Participate in creative brainstorms and strategy sessions
Help maintain studio operations and project documentation
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a relevant program (film, design, marketing, communications)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Strong visual portfolio demonstrating creative potential
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter mentality with attention to detail
Authorized to work in the United States
